- If you do buy and LedgerCaddy isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

30-day refund
If you are not happy with LedgerCaddy for any reason, email billing@ledgercaddy.com within 30 days of your purchase with the email address you bought with. We will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are issued by our payment provider, the merchant of record, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Once a refund is issued your license key is deactivated. Your books remain on your Mac and can still be opened, browsed, backed up and exported, so you are never locked away from your own records.
Maintenance renewals
Annual maintenance renewals can be refunded within 30 days of the renewal date, provided you have not yet installed a release that the renewal unlocked. A refunded renewal returns your updates window to what it was before.
After 30 days
After 30 days, purchases are final. If something is wrong with the app, please tell us anyway; we would much rather fix a problem than lose a customer, and we treat genuine defects generously.
